Why We’re Different


Make no mistake, we are a different kind of law firm. Here’s one small, but powerful example:

We never bill our clients for phone calls. We want our clients to call us with legal concerns. If our clients pick up the phone more, their businesses are better protected, and we build a healthier attorney-client relationship.

How else are we different? Here are a few other examples:

  1. We often bill on a flat fee basis (no surprises);
  2. We really manage our fixed costs — no fancy offices or bloated administrative staffs — and we pass those savings on to our clients. We think we provide the BEST quality/price ratio in the legal industry.
  3. We use cutting edge technology, not only to manage costs, but also to provide better legal services.
  4. Most of our attorneys have owned and/or operated real businesses. As a result, we talk about solutions, not problems.
  5. We attend client board meetings for free.
  6. We draft contracts without useless legal jargon (e.g., “In witness whereof”, “witnesseth”).
  7. We happily coordinate the signing of contracts via e-signature.
