Darcy has worked as a corporate and transactional lawyer at law firms in Boston and Denver, as well as in-house for the world’s largest manufacturer of mozzarella cheese. She has worked with both large, international companies and early stage companies across a range of industries. With significant experience as both in-house and external counsel, Darcy is an insightful and well-rounded lawyer.
Darcy has served as a member of the Board of Directors and a tutor for Reading Partners, an organization dedicated to youth literacy.
Darcy received her JD from Boston College Law School (2007), and her BA, with distinction, from Yale University (2002), where she studied History and Political Science.
Darcy is an avid runner, traveler, cook, mountain biker, and reader. In 2017, she spent eight months traveling around the world with her husband and two-year- old daughter, visiting four continents and eleven countries.
Darcy loves her Garmin Forerunner 235 for tracking her miles, Instagram, Spotify, TinyBeans, and OverDrive, the library app that allowed her to check out e-books from the Denver Public Library while traveling the globe.
