BIO
Amy started her legal career as a corporate lawyer at a large international firm in Washington, DC and then held a number of roles in the legal departments of several companies in Denver ranging across various industries, including energy, tech, finance, and mining. Her time working as in-house counsel has given Amy an in-depth view of the reality of business operations and she is practiced at quickly and efficiently aligning legal solutions with business priorities. Amy’s favorite part of being a lawyer is working closely with business partners to find practical solutions to complex legal issues.
COMMUNITY
Amy serves on the board of Healthy Learning Paths, a Colorado nonprofit spreading the power of health for children. Previously, she served on the board of the Colorado chapter of the Association of Corporation Counsel.
EDUCATION
Amy earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law, and earned undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and International Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Wyoming.
IRL
Amy loves living in Colorado where there are so many activities to do outdoors with her husband, who is an ER doctor, and their three kids. You can find them out together skiing, running, swimming, golfing, hiking and doing triathlons.
FAV TECH
Amy doesn’t think she could live without Alexa and her Apple Watch. She uses both of those devices to listen to books on Audible constantly.
